Dr. Ram Buxani is an ardent theatre enthusiast.

When he is not patronizing the ever-evolving theatre scene in Dubai or being an involved spectator, you will find him on stage as a seasoned actor, portraying compelling roles and bringing out the fine nuances that one associates with veteran actors.

Over the years he has acted in several plays. His love for theatre began as a youngster watching plays in his home village and then honing it during his youth being an active participant in amateur theatre groups in the neighbourhood.

At the age of 18, after coming to Dubai, one of the leisure pursuits of the expatriate community was to write and enact plays.

Dr. Buxani was a regular actor in these plays despite his busy work schedule.
